How do I place an Order?
Ordering at SPHICGGA is easy and can be done in a matter of minutes via our website.
We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Solo, Maestro, Visa Delta debit cards through the payment gateway of Paypal.
Will my payment details be safe if I pay online?
Your safety is guaranteed because SPHICGGA.com does not request any of your payment information as it channels its payment processing via recognized and reliable payment gateways who utilise the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us.
After you click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, you are provided with the payment gateway options whom have secure pages indicated.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks, via Royal Mail 1st Class post or Royal Mail Airmail.
Orders being delivered within the UK should arrive within 1-3 days depending upon location
Orders being delivered within Europe should arrive within 3-5 working days depending upon location and customs (if not within the EU).
Orders being delivered to the Rest of the World should arrive within 5-10 working days depending upon location and customs.
How are Delivery Costs Calculated?
We charge a flat delivery fee per customer order, which means no matter how much you buy at any one time the cost of delivery will not increase.

How do I exchange an item for a different size?
If you feel that the garment is not the right fit and want to exchange it for another size then please contact us by email
(info@sphicgga.com) within 14 days of receipt and send the item back via Royal Mail recorded delivery (please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs) and we will send you the size requested at no cost to you.
How do I return items?
We offer a "No Quibble" Guarantee: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund or replacement.
Unwanted Goods
If you return the product (in pristine condition) within 14 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you the price you paid for the item(s). All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Please contact us by email (info@sphicgga.com) to inform us of your wish to return the goods.
Faulty Goods
If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by email (info@sphicgga.com) to inform us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. In this event, please contact us first to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible and we will also advise you how to send the item back to us. We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded). Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
